Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 cups stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add stewed tomatoes to the dissolved gelatin and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and chill until firm.
  4. Serve the chilled gelatin cubes on lettuce leaves, topped with a dollop of mayonnaise.
