Easy Special Supper Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled cut, diced into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 quarts water
  • 14 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 14 cup butter
  • 12 tablespoon dill weed

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes, onions and garlic, dash of salt, till potatoes are soft.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add butter and dill.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stir.
  6. Serve.
