Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180.
- With electric mixer, beat butter and sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla, milk and flour.
- Grease a 6 pan non stick muffin pan with butter.
- Place 3 teaspoons of batter in each pan.
- Top batter with 3 teaspoons of syrup, top with remaining batter.
- Place in centre of oven to bake for about 20 minutes.
- Test with a skewer.
- Carefully invert to serve hot.
