Easy Tabouli

- Add boiling water to tabouli mix. Add olive oil to the mix. Add cucumber, tomato, green onion and parsley to the mix. Stir well and add lemon juice. Add a little at a time until you get the flavor you like. (I love the lemon juice flavor, so I add a little more.)
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Delicious alone or on pita bread or crackers!
