Easy Tabouli

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cup Water, Boiling
  • 1 package (6 Oz. Package) Tabouli Mix, Far East, Fantastic Foods, Etc
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Cucumber, Chopped
  • 1 whole Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1 bunch Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 1/4 cups Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Add boiling water to tabouli mix. Add olive oil to the mix. Add cucumber, tomato, green onion and parsley to the mix. Stir well and add lemon juice. Add a little at a time until you get the flavor you like. (I love the lemon juice flavor, so I add a little more.)
  2. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Delicious alone or on pita bread or crackers!
  3. Enjoy!
