Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 onion, very finely chopped
  • 8 tomatoes, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, vinegar and salt in a large salad bowl. Stir in onion. Fold tomatoes carefully into onion mixture.
