- Brown and well-drain hamburger.
- Add chili beef soup and 1/2 cup water.
- Heat to simmer.
- When hot, layer on individual plates in this order:
- corn chips, meat mixture, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
- Add to taste (is optional):
- chopped onions, sliced black olives and/or taco sauce.
