Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 2 cans chili beef soup
  • corn chips
  • lettuce, shredded
  • tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Brown and well-drain hamburger.
  2. Add chili beef soup and 1/2 cup water.
  3. Heat to simmer.
  4. When hot, layer on individual plates in this order:
  5. corn chips, meat mixture, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
  6. Add to taste (is optional):
  7. chopped onions, sliced black olives and/or taco sauce.
