Ingredients

  • any size turkey
  • 1 qt. warm water
  • 3 sticks celery
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°.
  2. Prepare turkey for roasting.
  3. Put celery and onion inside turkey.
  4. Place turkey in a covered roasting pan.
  5. Cook for 1 hour.
  6. Turn off the oven.
  7. Do not open oven door.
  8. Leave in oven overnight.
  9. Turkey is golden brown. Important not to open the oven until the next morning.
