Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°.
- Prepare turkey for roasting.
- Put celery and onion inside turkey.
- Place turkey in a covered roasting pan.
- Cook for 1 hour.
- Turn off the oven.
- Do not open oven door.
- Leave in oven overnight.
- Turkey is golden brown. Important not to open the oven until the next morning.
