Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 3/4 c. cocoa
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine and cocoa; cool.
  2. Beat sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually beat in cocoa mixture.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
  6. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Cool.
  8. Makes 32 (1 1/2 to 2 1/2-inch) bars.
