Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Mix together milk, margarine and beaten egg yolks; add to dry ingredients, stirring until blended.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Fold egg whites into mixture, stirring sparingly.
- Put heaping tablespoon mixture in hot greased Ebelskiever tins or cook on greased pancake griddle. Serves 4.
