Instructions
- Boil water and butter.
- Remove from heat.
- Add flour and beat with wooden spoon.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each egg is added.
- When mixture is smooth, spoon onto a 14-inch pizza pan making a circle.
- Bake on middle oven rack for 45 minutes at 400°. When cool, slice on the horizontal.
