Edith's Salad is a light, creamy dessert combining cool whipped topping, pineapple, lemon jello, and cottage cheese, perfect for a refreshing treat at gatherings or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz. Cool Whip
  • No. 2 can crushed pineapple
  • small box lemon jello

Instructions

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple.
  2. In a bowl, put the Cool Whip.
  3. Sprinkle the lemon jello over the Cool Whip.
  4. Add 2 cups of cottage cheese to the mixture.
  5. Fold the ingredients together until well combined.
  6. Add the drained pineapple to the mixture and fold gently.
  7. Refrigerate the salad overnight before serving.
