Egg Fondue

Instructions
- Saute sausage until meat is no longer red.
- Drain.
- Put bread, sausage and cheese in layers in a casserole dish.
- Pour milk, eggs, salt and mustard mixture over it and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set.
- Makes a 3-quart casserole.
- Be sure casserole dish is only 3/4 full.
- May be prepared the night before, or frozen and baked later.
