Egg Omelet Curry

Ingredients

  • 3 Egg
  • 1 Big Onion
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 Big Potato
  • 1 Big Onion paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup Tomoto puree
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder

Instructions

  1. Crack three eggs in a big bowl.
  2. Whisk egg with whisker.. Add chopped onion, green chilli n salt.
  3. Now heat oil in non stick frying pan...
  4. Spread egg..cook one side...
  5. Wen cooked one side.. Start to fold the omelet..
  6. Now its folded..
  7. Cut into in pieces.. Keep aside.
  8. Cut the potato in cubes.
  9. Wash them.
  10. Heat oil in heavy bottom pan... Add potato pieces.
  11. Fry them till light brown.
  12. Now add garlic n onion paste.. Saute them for two min.. Add ginger paste .
  13. Tomato puree.. Add all dry ingredients..except garam masala.. Stir continuously...
  14. Wen all spices starts to release oil... Add two cups of water.
  15. Cover the lid.
  16. Cook for ten minutes.
  17. Now open the lid.
  18. Check potato become soft.. Then add omelet pieces.. Cook for two minutes without lid.
  19. Now take out.. Off the fire.. Sprinkle garam masala n garnish with cilantro.
  20. Serve with hot steamed rice..
