Egg Omelet Curry

- Crack three eggs in a big bowl.
- Whisk egg with whisker.. Add chopped onion, green chilli n salt.
- Now heat oil in non stick frying pan...
- Spread egg..cook one side...
- Wen cooked one side.. Start to fold the omelet..
- Now its folded..
- Cut into in pieces.. Keep aside.
- Cut the potato in cubes.
- Wash them.
- Heat oil in heavy bottom pan... Add potato pieces.
- Fry them till light brown.
- Now add garlic n onion paste.. Saute them for two min.. Add ginger paste .
- Tomato puree.. Add all dry ingredients..except garam masala.. Stir continuously...
- Wen all spices starts to release oil... Add two cups of water.
- Cover the lid.
- Cook for ten minutes.
- Now open the lid.
- Check potato become soft.. Then add omelet pieces.. Cook for two minutes without lid.
- Now take out.. Off the fire.. Sprinkle garam masala n garnish with cilantro.
- Serve with hot steamed rice..
