Egg Spinach Salad

Instructions
- Wash and drain spinach.
- Transfer to large bowl and chill. In separate bowl, combine oil, sugar, vinegar, onion, salt and mustard.
- Beat the dressing or mix in blender until it becomes thick and syrupy.
- Tear spinach and add bacon and chopped eggs. Pour dressing over salad.
- Let stand for 1 hour.
- Toss the salad to mix it and garnish with egg slices.
