Ingredients

  • 8 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 1 tablespoon polyunsaturated vegetable oil
  • 7 drops yellow food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Clean opossum well, cut up as desired, and boil until it is tender.
  2. Take 4 large sweet potatoes and boil until tender.
  3. Place opossum and sweet potatoes in a large pan and bake until brown.
  4. Season as desired and serve while hot.
