Egg Toast

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread
  • 6 eggs
  • butter
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet or grill.
  2. Make a hole in each slice of bread. Butter bread and holes.
  3. Place in skillet.
  4. Break eggs into the hole.
  5. Cook until brown on one side.
  6. Turn over and finish cooking on other side.
  7. Place on plate.
  8. Put small hole bread on top of egg.
  9. Serve with strawberry preserves.
