Egg Toast
Ingredients
Instructions
- Heat skillet or grill.
- Make a hole in each slice of bread. Butter bread and holes.
- Place in skillet.
- Break eggs into the hole.
- Cook until brown on one side.
- Turn over and finish cooking on other side.
- Place on plate.
- Put small hole bread on top of egg.
- Serve with strawberry preserves.
