  • 12 OZ EGGPLANT DICED
  • 2 GARLIC CLOVER, CHOPPED
  • 2 CANS ITALIAN STYLE STEWED TOMATOES
  • 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
  • 1 1/2 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING
  • CRUSHED PEPPER,TASTE
  • SALT

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL MED-HIGH , SAUTE EGGPLANT 8-10 MINUTES. ADD TOMATOES, WINE,ETC.
  2. BOIL UNCOVERED UNTIL THICKENED. SERVE OVER LINGUINE
  3. BON APPETIT !!!
