Ingredients

  • 1/2 English muffin
  • softened butter
  • 1 thin slice ham, broiled
  • 1 slice tomato, broiled
  • 1 egg, poached
  • Hollandaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Spread toasted muffin with butter.
  2. Cover with ham, then tomato slice.
  3. Place poached egg on this.
  4. Top with Hollandaise and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Serves 1.
