Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 lb. chopped Prosciutto
  • 1/4 lb. chopped salami
  • 1/4 lb. chopped ham
  • 6 to 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Roll out the pizza dough.
  2. Add black pepper while rolling dough into large 12-inch circle.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over rolled dough.
  4. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
  5. Roll into long loaf; brush top of loaf with a little olive oil.
  6. Bake on cookie sheet at 350° until slightly golden (approximately 45 minutes).
