Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can chopped Ro-Tel
  • 1 package enchilada mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a crock-pot.
  2. Heat until the cheese melts.
  3. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips, Fritos, or Doritos.
