Ingredients

  • 1 cup spring salad greens, or to taste
  • 1 cup frozen red grapes
  • 1 chopped frozen banana
  • 1 cored and chopped frozen pear
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • water as needed

Instructions

  1. Layer salad greens, red grapes, banana, pear, and walnuts in a high-powered blender; add enough water to cover. Blend mixture until smooth, adding more water to reach desired consistency.
