Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 beaten egg white

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle yeast over half the warm water; let dissolve.
  2. Stir into flour and salt with oil.
  3. Add the remaining water to make batter the consistency of thick cream.
  4. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
