Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 c. quick oats

Instructions

  1. Melt in big pan.
  2. Add 2 cups quick oats.
  3. Place in refrigerator until hard enough to roll into ball.
  4. If you want, leave plain or roll in powdered sugar.
