Instructions
- Lay in lettuce in rectangular dish or pan.
- One at a time, sprinkle on carrots, onion, pepper and peas.
- Cover, as if spreading butter, the whole top of lettuce mixture with mayonnaise.
- Should cover completely.
- Sprinkle sugar and then bacon.
- Finish with a covering of cheese.
- Cover with wrap and refrigerate all day or overnight.
