Ingredients

  • kinds lettuce
  • peas
  • bacon
  • sugar
  • yellow cheese
  • red pepper
  • carrot
  • mayonnaise
  • red onion

Instructions

  1. Lay in lettuce in rectangular dish or pan.
  2. One at a time, sprinkle on carrots, onion, pepper and peas.
  3. Cover, as if spreading butter, the whole top of lettuce mixture with mayonnaise.
  4. Should cover completely.
  5. Sprinkle sugar and then bacon.
  6. Finish with a covering of cheese.
  7. Cover with wrap and refrigerate all day or overnight.
