Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 24 None mini vol-au-vents (puff pastry tart shells), warmed
  • 12 None pimento-stuffed olives, halved horizontally

Instructions

  1. Simmer tomato sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat for 6-8 mins, until thickened. Distribute between vol-au-vents.
  2. Meanwhile, press an olive half, rounded side up, into mozzarella to create eyeballs. Place 1 eyeball in each tart shell. Serve.
