Tiny Cheese Puffs

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 beaten egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Grease baking sheet. Combine cheese, salt, hot water and margarine in kettle and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add flour and then beaten egg. Drop by teaspoonfuls on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Best served warm.
