Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. seasoned flour
  • 1/4 c. pork or ham drippings
  • 1 2/3 c. (large can) undiluted Carnation
  • 1 2/3 c. water

Instructions

  1. Blend flour with drippings in heavy skillet over low heat until smooth (2 to 3 minutes).
  2. Gradually add mixture of Carnation and water.
  3. Stir constantly over low heat until thickened and smooth.
