Ingredients

  • 3 lb. roast
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • marinade sauce

Instructions

  1. Slightly freeze the roast to make it easier to slice thinly.
  2. Add the marinade sauce to the sliced meat.
  3. Follow the directions on the back of the marinade sauce package for marinating and cooking.
  4. When the meat is almost done, add the sliced onions and green pepper to the pan.
  5. Once everything is cooked, place the mixture into tortillas.
  6. Add shredded cheese, sour cream, black olives, lettuce, and diced tomatoes on top before serving.
