Ingredients

  • 6 c. beet juice
  • 2 boxes Sure-Jell
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 6 small boxes raspberry Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Heat beet juice, Sure-Jell, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Add sugar and raspberry Jell-O all at once, stirring well.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil again and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool.
  6. Skim foam off the top once cooled.
  7. Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal.
