Ingredients

  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1 c. chopped pecan meats
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 lb. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (scant)

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add salt, well beaten eggs, syrup and chopped nut meats.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Bake in 9-inch raw pastry shell for 1 hour at 300°.
