Ingredients

  • 12 oz. peach preserves
  • 2 lb. franks
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. In a 3-quart saucepan, cook preserves and barbecue sauce until bubbly.
  2. Cut franks into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  3. Add franks to the saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Mix water and cornstarch until smooth.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture to the hot mixture.
  7. Cook until thickened.
