Fannie'S Grape-Nut Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. Grape-Nuts
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Blend milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla in mixer; pour into dish. Add Grape-Nuts, nutmeg and butter.
  2. Bake at 350° for 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours, until knife comes out clean with testing.
