- Using preferably a non-stick pan, melt your butter or ghee adding the bacon and zucchini, cooking at medium/ high heat till bacon and zucchini are almost done.
- Throw in your eggs that you have already whisked while your pan is sizzling.
- Let them cook until almost done in the mode of an omelette and add that tangy blue cheese over. Fold and serve.
