Ingredients

  • 1 lb pecans (unsalted)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Beat egg white and sugar until foamy.
  2. Add cinnamon and salt, then fold in pecans.
  3. Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 225°F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
