Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • vanilla ice cream
  • chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, cocoa, pecans, and vanilla in a medium bowl and stir until blended.
  2. Grease an 8‑inch baking dish and pour the batter into it.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes, or until set.
  4. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup drizzled on top.
