Ingredients

  • 2 lb. processed cheese
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 c. mayonnaise type salad dressing
  • jalapeno pepper to taste
  • pimiento

Instructions

  1. Process cheese, onion, salad dressing and jalapeno in food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Stir in pimiento for color.
