Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. noodles
  • water
  • salt
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. 4X cream
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles in boiling salted water till tender.
  2. Rinse and drain thoroughly.
