Instructions
- Cut loaves into halves lengthwise.
- Cut each half into 8 equal pieces, using sharp knife or scissors.
- Pierce each piece 2 to 3 times with a fork to remove air bubbles.
- Place melted butter in shallow dish.
- Combine cheese and seasoning on a plate; put onion on separate plate.
- Roll each piece of dough into an 8-inch log. Roll each log in butter, then in desired topping.
- On a cookie sheet, bake in preheated oven at 350° until browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve warm with salsa, cheese or desired topping.
