Fish Fillets In Foil
Ingredients
Instructions
- Spray 4 pieces of foil with Pam.
- Melt margarine; add onion and saute until soft.
- Add tomato, wine, lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
- Spoon over fish and wrap fish tightly.
- Bake 20 minutes at 400°.
- Serve in foil.
- Serves 4.
