Fish Fillets In Foil

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz.) fish fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tomato, sliced thin
  • 3 Tbsp. dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Spray 4 pieces of foil with Pam.
  2. Melt margarine; add onion and saute until soft.
  3. Add tomato, wine, lemon juice and chopped parsley.
  4. Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Spoon over fish and wrap fish tightly.
  6. Bake 20 minutes at 400°.
  7. Serve in foil.
  8. Serves 4.
