Ingredients

  • 1 lb. haddock or flounder fillets
  • 3/4 c. French salad dressing
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Marinate fish in salad dressing for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Broil, bottom side up, until slightly brown, 5 or 6 minutes.
  3. Combine crumbs and cheese.
  4. Put on fish, right side up.
  5. Broil for about 7 minutes.
