Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef, browned
  • 8 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 c. frozen corn
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. In a 9 x 13-inch pan layer the following:
  2. sliced onions, lean ground beef, browned, sliced potatoes, frozen or canned corn and cream of mushroom soup combined with 1 soup can of water.
  3. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
