Ingredients

  • 6 c. your favorite Chex cereal
  • 5 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt or 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In large skillet, melt margarine and stir in salt.
  2. Add Chex, stirring until well coated.
  3. Cook over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese, stirring until Chex are well coated.
  5. Spread on paper towel; makes about 6 cups.
