Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package pie crust mix (10 oz.)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 package pudding mix, prepared according to box instructions
  • frosting

Instructions

  1. Heat water to a full boil in a medium-sized saucepan.
  2. Stir in pie crust mix until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
