Ingredients

  • 1 flank steak
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Pierce steak with sharp fork all over.
  2. Combine ingredients and mix well.
  3. Marinate steak in shallow pan overnight.
  4. Broil in oven or on grill until done.
