Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Choose several seasonal fruits such as pineapple, grapes, bananas, cherries, apples, oranges, peaches, nectarines, melon, or blueberries.
  2. Prepare 6 to 8 cups of fruit by peeling, pitting, coring, or seeding as necessary.
  3. Slice or cube the prepared fruits into a large bowl.
  4. Carefully stir in one 8-ounce container of yogurt and 1/4 cup sunflower seeds.
  5. Chill the fruit salad before serving.
