Floating Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg. enchilada seasoning
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. corn chips

Instructions

  1. Cook hamburger and onion. Drain.
  2. Return to large saucepan. Add seasonings, tomato sauce, rice and water.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour. Add water as it cooks, if needed.
  4. Spoon over corn chips and garnish with your favorite toppings (tomato, lettuce, cheese, taco sauce, etc.).
