Instructions
- Cook hamburger and onion. Drain.
- Return to large saucepan. Add seasonings, tomato sauce, rice and water.
- Cook over medium heat for 1 hour. Add water as it cooks, if needed.
- Spoon over corn chips and garnish with your favorite toppings (tomato, lettuce, cheese, taco sauce, etc.).
