Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 3 c. olive oil
  • 2/3 c. tarragon vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. tarragon
  • 1/2 fresh lemon
  • dash of cayenne
  • 1/2 oz. parsley
  • 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and beat until creamy.
