Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons peanut flour
  • 1 cup marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup natural style creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a large glass bowl - microwave the butter until melted. (30-40 seconds).
  2. Mix the powdered sugar and peanut flour with the melted butter.
  3. Add the marshmallow fluff and peanut butter.
  4. Microwave for about 90 seconds, stopping to stir every 30 seconds.
  5. Once the peanut butter mixture is fully blended and smooth, transfer to a foil lined and greased loaf pan.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
