- Mix the flour, baking soda, baking flour, salt and sugar.
- Melt the butter.
- Pour in the milk little by little while stirring the batter, making sure that it doesn't get lumpy. Stir in the egg and melted butter.
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes, before using it.
