Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 8 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. corn, preferably fresh
  • 2 c. whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar and salt.
  2. Beat
  3. eggs
  4. well and add to milk. Add to dry mixture.
  5. Add corn.
  6. Spray 2-quart casserole with Pam. Pour in mixture and
  7. bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  8. Stir from bottom several times during
  9. first
  10. 1/2
  11. hour and then do not stir again.
